New Series: Beginner’s Series for Men & Cultivating Peace

Thank you to everyone who supported us in the preparations and came out last weekend for our big gratitude and relaunch celebration. What an amazing day.

We are so excited to offer you two amazing new 4-week series, starting next week.

Beginner’s Series for Men

Lindsey Lambden will be leading a beginner’s series for men on Tuesday nights from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

You have been asking, and remember this is your studio and we want you to feel supported. This series is suitable for beginners who have never tried yoga, as well for individuals who have been practicing for a long time but want to get back to the basics. We want you to feel comfortable in your practice so have carved out this time for men to come together and familiarize themselves with these important practices.

Thank you to everyone who came out recently to support our Movember karma class, an initiative to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental and physical health. This important evening spurred us to include a men’s class on our schedule.

Cultivating Peace: Everyday Tools for Stress and Anxiety

We also have Margie Hill offering you the first of our Wednesday night series, helping us to stay calm and peaceful during this busy and often stressful time of year.

Join us Wednesday nights, November 28th to December 19th, from 6:00 – 7:15 pm

What is our true nature? It is to be calm, relaxed and peaceful. How do we cultivate that part of ourselves?  In this four week series you will:

  • Learn a variety of yogic tools to manage stress
  • Learn to relax body and mind through movement, meditation, mantra, and breathwork
  • Learn how to soothe and strengthen the nervous system and the glandular system
  • Cultivate your true nature: a calm, unhurried state of being
  • Set a powerful intention for yourself of how you would like to feel in your life
