A few changes to note:
There will be no Pilates Monday, January 7th, but it will be back on our schedule the following Monday, January 14th. Please mark this on your calendar. Easing our core muscles back in after a season of holiday treats!
Our Thursday night 7:30 pm Hatha Class, will be taking a break for this session. It will not be offered during the winter months. We do still have Linsdey’s 7:30 pm Hatha Mixer class Tuesday nights, so please join us to find that calm before settling in for sleep!
As a result of your feedback and the incredible impact of this class, we are excited to announce our mens’ series on Tuesday nights, is now a weekly drop in class! We have also extended the duration of the class from 6:00pm to 7:15pm to give you more time to integrate your postures in the relaxation phase of the class. Like all of our regular weekly classes, preregistration is not necessary just show up when it suits your schedule and Lindsey will help you settle in for the class, as well as go over pass options (or you can send us a message).
Ashley’s Sunday morning slow flow class is now starting at 9:00 am, to give you a little more time to ease into your Sunday before your practice.
There will be no Wednesday night series class this week. Starting January 9th, Amber will be leading a 4 week Mindful movement and relaxation series. You can either register for the whole series at a reduced rate ($45 HST inclusive), use your regular class pass, or drop in for one of the evenings. In February Ashley will be leading a low back and hip series!
